Description
I am an investigator in the AHRC-funded "Social Choreography Network" scholarly research network examining ethics of working with refugee across the arts, choreography, virtual reality, sound, therapy, and conflict research.The network brings together scholars from the universities of Leeds, Coventry, Roehampton and Winchester, the University of the Arts Berlin, Refugee Networks, and independent artists and professionals to develop joint research projects and examine ethical issues around working with refugees.
The network has organised the following Events:
-Social Choreography Meeting- University of Roehampton, September 25 and 26, 2017
-Social Choreograohy Symposium- Centre for Dance Research, Coventry University, March 14 and 15, 2018
-Plateaus event, Ndamsena Arts, Ndjamena (Chad), May 2018.
