Description

The overall purpose of the study is to provide an in-depth analysis of elite, experienced S&C coaches’ perceptions on the effectiveness of psychosocial coaching practice. More specifically, we aim to examine which specific psychosocial behaviours elite S&C coaches perceive to be essential and how these psychosocial behaviours might contribute to effective, athlete-centred coaching practice.
