StormBreak: Inspiring movement for positive mental health in primary schools

StormBreak aims to improve children’s mental health and wellbeing through movement and equip them with sustainable, transferable skills and coping strategies to survive within the chaotic and complex demands of growth into adult life in the 21st century.
The project focuses on whole school cultural change and will be working with a number of stakeholders from education, business, health and sport. Project further aims to give teachers and schools to make permanent changes to their practice that encourages mentally healthy movement throughout the school day.
